In addition to helping others buy, sell, and rent residential real estate, the Barbera Group also invests in real estate. We pursue a strategy where we acquire distressed real estate, renovate the property to improve market value and then rent for long term cash flow and equity build up. Through a creative leasing structure, we generate on average 30% higher revenue than the market which enables us to achieve cap rates in the 10-12% range. 

In the next 6-12 months, we are looking to acquire a townhome in the Reston Town Center market. We are confident that our investment strategy coupled with the growth potential of this market will enable us to have consistent demand for rent while also benefiting from relatively strong price appreciation. 

Our bond holders and shareholders have benefited over the past few years, and we look forward to continued success moving forward.
