With websites such as Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc., the following question may cross your mind: Why pay someone when I can conduct my search for a property online?


First, many of these online resources do not include up-to-date information and/or are limited in the listings that they show. I have had numerous experiences where I found a good deal online only to find that it was currently sold or under contract. As a licensed Realtor, I have access to the most robust database (Multiple Listing Service) that includes all available listings and the most accurate market data. You can be confident that your search will be as efficient and effective as possible with me by your side.   


More importantly, I will carry out many tasks in your best interest that reach far beyond the property search function. Here is a brief list of some of the other essential tasks that you can expect to receive as a client of mine:


  • Advisor/Consultant during the entire home buying process

  • Needs analysis- understanding your needs to best match you with the right neighborhood, schools, house, other amenities, etc.

  • Market Analysis- Informing you of the most recent market conditions (days on market, average market prices, asset valuation, supply and demand conditions, etc.) 

  • Showing properties- Touring properties with you.

  • Negotiation with other Agent- Allow us to do the negotiation on your behalf 

  • Contract work

  • Appraisal- Facilitating the process of connecting you with an appraiser and being on site during the appraisal.

  • Inspection- Facilitating the process of connecting you with an inspector and being on site during the inspection.

  • Assist in financing/title insurance

  • Closing the transaction
